Our cooking philosophy

We consider ourselves the official Ambassadors of the art of traditional Italian cuisine. Our strengths are a mixture of culture and history, together with the highest quality ingredients and a passion for good food

At Grano, you can taste fresh pasta, homemade with a few simple ingredients, just like many Italian mothers and grandmothers still prepare today. Our mission is to transform home-grown garden ingredients into something special, with refined and original recipes that will delight both the eyes and the palate
Fresh Pasta

The grand tradition of pasta, a cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet, is recognized by UNESCO as being particularly healthy, especially that which contains wheat. Personally selected ingredients and hand-made with attention to detail in all stages of preparation. This is how a wide range of fresh pasta is born.  Rolled, cut, stuffed, mixed with egg, all with the delicious home-made flavor and perfectly cooked in conjunction with fresh, organic sauces

Pizza

We use a traditional flour selected in Italy.  The dough is light and easily digestible. Rising takes place at a controlled temperature for more than 24 hours, as per ancient tradition

In our pizzas, we use only quality ingredients: tomato, Buffalo mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, basil, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Parma prosciutto, all while preserving a nutritional balance
